The Serious Beginner's Marbling Kit is shipped world-wide using United States Postal Service.  After over 5,000 orders (from the Etsy shop) beginning in 2010, No order has been reported lost.

Occasionally an order will be delayed.  Domestic orders from Michigan are given 4 weeks time to arrive before we become concerned, and generally arrive within 3-5 days of departure.  International orders are given 8 weeks without concern, but generally arrive within 1-3 weeks of departure.

If for any reason an order is undeliverable and winds up back at the Marbling Supplies Studio, the customer will immediately be contacted, and the address corrected.  IF the customer prefers, the order may be canceled and refunded in full minus the cost of shipping.
